Compact fully automatic CIP with turn-lock mechanism.

We have started handling the new CIP mechanism manufactured by ENERGYN Corporation. When it comes to larger CIP machines, regarding the pressure resistance of the lid, if the size is small (Φ150[mm]) and the pressure is low (250[MPa]), there is no need to adopt a yoke frame or pin closure type. Instead, we have implemented a turn-lock type using saw blade screws, which has improved the compactness of the machine and the speed of lid opening and closing. * The turn-lock type and saw blade screws: This fastening method, which combines square screws and triangular screws, is strong against axial loads. It is designed without the need for a frame or pins. In the ECIP series, we differentiate between the turn-lock type and wire winding frame type based on pressure calculations, ensuring reliable pressure retention while being smart (compact and convenient). We received an inquiry from Company I regarding molded parts for infrastructure. While cost and quality of the parts are of course important, what was specifically requested this time was BCP (Business Continuity Plan) compliance. Since the equipment is expected to be in continuous production, a strong emphasis was placed on the continuity of parts supply. Given the recent abnormal weather, we must always consider the risk of being caught in a sudden disaster. Therefore, we assumed a scenario where manufacturing at our headquarters would be halted. We took preemptive measures such as preparing spare molds and, in anticipation of difficulties in manufacturing supply at headquarters, we decided to store two months' worth of inventory at Niigata Takawa as a response to potential disasters or troubles, which led to the order.
